, I have enclosed a set of dog tags. You worked on my wife's Mitsubishi Expo a few months ago and did a great job and you also have answered a question about my Ford on your show.
I use the tags for my keys; if they are lost, hopefully they can be returned to you. This might work here but not in New York where we are from. The crooks would come back with the found keys and steal the car or burglarize your home.

Please let Tim know the Chevy dealer (Tommy T.) verified his diagnosis of bad injectors, and I got it to them in time to take advantage of the warranty extension. Tim researched and found the service bulletin on the warranty extension, and made certain I knew about it. I had only ONE MORE DAY on the warranty when Tommy Thomas got the vehicle. Whew!! This saved me several thousand dollars. Needless to say, I am very pleased. This has solidified the partnership we have in keeping my 2001 Chevy P/U in top shape. Thanks to you and your crew

I'm a mechanical engineer and I trust JAMES Auto Center to fix all my vehicles -- including an old '96 Chrysler that my daughter drives away at college. I've had 8-yrs experience with JAMES and he's always fixed the problem correctly the first time. The thing that sets this shop apart from others is in accurately diagnosing the problem. I've spent hundreds of dollars at other shops only to find out that they fixed the symptom rather than the problem. This usually resulted in unnecessary repairs and additional repair expenses. While not cheap, JAMES' rates are fair (better than the dealerships based on estimates I've seen). Bottom line --- repairs at JAMES Auto are worth every dime!
