James Auto Center believes that there must be a three way win to grow our business.

First the customer must win.
It is our goal to "Fix it right, Guaranteed!" Does this mean that problems never arise? When situations do occur, James and his crew work diligently to make it right. James insists that all of our technicians are ASE Master Certified or working towards that goal. We believe the commitment that it takes to become ASE Master Certified indicates our technicians' high level of professionalism.

The second win must be to keep the shop viable.
By providing a valuable finished product (cars fixed right), we are able to keep customers for years and have a growing customer base. We believe that James Auto Center has set the standard for auto repair in Bay County. Other shops look at us as an example to follow.

The third win must be for the employees.
We believe that providing and encouraging training for our employees is a valuable part of the equation. Continuing Education in all professions is necessary to keep up with advances in technology. Because cars are so complicated; James Auto center provides our auto technicians with online information sources from leaders in the industry. Keeping trained professionals requires paying them well and giving them the recognition that they deserve and James Auto Center does just that.
